It's been SUCH a long time since I posted anything here, but I have something of note to write about: Kaz and I became parents last month!
Chiyo Ghislaine was born on September 17th, weighing 8 lbs. 6 oz. (same as our nephew Desmond), and Kaz and I are totally in love. It's been a whirlwind month - simultaneously the shortest and the longest of my life, and there's a steep learning curve to good parenting, but we're doing our best. I now intend to keep a blog of her life, and to post pictures.
